The Journey

Driven by a passion to help other people achieve success in their endeavors. I humbly appreciate the lives and leaders EPIC EI has touched thus far. However, this journey of emphasizing the necessity of EI in leadership has only just begun. In a world of metrics, surveys, and a full conglomerate of KPIs, I fundamentally believe when leaders understand that how they show up emotionally determines how their organization performs operationally. The difference between EPIC EI and other programs is I'm not going to just talk about how you need it—I am your GPS to getting to it! The Impact

I am a leader with a background as a C-suite healthcare executive and educator. I have climbed the slippery slopes of America's corporate ladder. I learned by trial and error; now you don't have to! I have created interactive workshops based on real-life professional and personal setbacks and accomplishments. One thing I learned for sure as an employer and as an employee for hire: elevated IQs, elevated skill sets, and even elevated credentials did not always translate to high-impact leadership. I studied, learned, and mastered what truly separated those that excelled in leadership roles from the status quo hanging onto a job. It was their emotional intelligence that quantified improved performance, increased productivity, and developed a culture of empowerment and engagement. I have dedicated myself to creating as many of these types of leaders as possible! Don't hesitate or delay the rewards of becoming a transformative leader too!
